Virginia Tech played host to at least one major recruit on Thursday night when they faced Boston College in four-star tight end Dwayne Allen. The 6-foot-4, 234-pounder was thoroughly impressed by the trip to Blacksburg.

Clearly the coaches are discussing the option of an official, the Fayetteville (N.C.) Terry Sanford prospect discussed that possibility.
