Washington (D.C.) Dunbar athlete Jharron Armstrong was scheduled to take his first official to Syracuse on September 15th, but he was not cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse to take the trip.

Now two months later Armstrong is all set to start taking visits.

With clearinghouse approval in hand, does Armstrong have plans to check out the Orange?

Even though the 6-foot-2, 187 pound three star prospect has not been up to Syracuse, he has been keeping an eye on the team.
