In a season short on positives, one constant has been Notre Dame's ability to impress visiting prospects. A 28-7 victory over Duke on Saturday was icing on the cake for Gerell Robinson, a 6-foot-4, 210-pound athlete from Chandler, Ariz., who trekked to South Bend for his official visit.

Robinson told Weis that Notre Dame ranked among his favorites but that he wouldn't come to a decision on his own.

Robinson is also considering Notre Dame.
