Carraway will wait and see
Laureldale (Pa.) Muhlenberg wide receiver Vaughn Carraway was supposed to take an official visit to Michigan this past weekend, but his team's run through the postseason interfered. In the week and a half since the three-star prospect knew he would not be able to visit U-M a lot has occurred, but he is not making any snap decisions.
The 6-2, 170-pound Carraway's Muhlenberg team lost their playoff game this past Saturday, the day he was supposed to officially visit Michigan, by a final of 49-18.
Monday's announcement from Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr that he would retire has now postponed any plans for a new visit date to Ann Arbor. Although rumors had circulated about the possibility of retirement, Carraway was still not fully expecting this.
Carraway does not have any other official visits set, but plans to take trips to schools like West Virginia, Pitt, Boston College and Temple sometime this winter.
