It's not often that a prospect can fly under the radar in talent rich South Florida. After all, it seems as though every single program in the nation has at least one coach dedicated to scouring the area in order to uncover that hidden gem which could turn into a difference maker.

However, in the case of Hallendale (Fla.) wide receiver Frankie Hammond Jr. he did indeed go unnoticed for most of the year, but once he was discovered, it didn't take long for him to rise to the top of the rankings.
