Every year it seems that one player emerges from no where to take the Shrine Bowl by storm and emerge as a big-time prospect. Perhaps one early nominee for the 2007 version of the all-star game is linebacker Sterling Lucas from Orangeburg-Wilkinson High in Orangeburg, S.C.
