Virginia Beach Salem High School product Kevin Whaley was just recently All-Tidewater player of the year for the second consecutive year. The only other player to repeat as that selection is Florida's Percy Harvin. The 5-foot-9, 175-pound speedster will visit Michigan State later this month. See highlight video of him in action.
