Bulls jump in late on Virginia QB prospect
With now just weeks until National Signing Day and no quarterback prospects yet part of the 2008 class, the Bulls have begun to look at wider options beyond Tallahassee Lincoln's B.J. Daniels, who has been a key target for some time. One of those alternatives is Virginia dual-threat QB Tommy Reamon Jr., who is scheduled for an official visit the weekend of Jan. 11.
USF offensive coordinator Greg Gregory paid his first visit to the Newport News Gloucester High star about three weeks ago and convinced Reamon's father - and high school coach - Tommy Reamon Sr., that the Bulls were serious about getting involved in his son's recruitment.
Missouri and Buffalo have been Reamon's most consistent Division IA suitors, but that has been changing down the stretch.
