With one linebacker choosing to visit elsewhere this weekend, another linebacker scheduled to visit the Bulldogs this weekend could take center stage in rounding out the defensive class of 2008. The 3-star prospect recently picked up another offer and says it sounds like Fresno State has plans for him.

Norco linebacker Damion Whittington recently picked up his fourth offer of the recruiting season from Utah State and has scheduled a visit to see the Aggies in early February. He says Fresno State still has yet to offer, but thinks it may happen on his visit.

"Coach Mason said they cannot wait to see me in the red, white and blue," Whittington said.
