When Paul Johnson was named Georgia Tech's new head coach, he had to assemble a staff and try to score some recruiting victories in a very short amount of time.

One of his best accomplishments on the recruiting trail came when he convinced Flowery Branch (Ga.) quarterback Jaybo Shaw to switch his commitment from Middle Tennessee to Georgia Tech.
