Andalusia (Ala.) LB Nico Johnson was one of several top in-state prospects in Auburn Saturday for the Tigers' annual A-Day game.

Johnson, 6-foot-3, 226 pounds, was making his first trip to the Plains this spring. And for the Tigers, it seems it was well timed.

"It was great," said Johnson. "I had a good time. I got there about eight, signed in, talked to coach Tommy Tuberville and coach James Willis, took a tour of the campus, ate and then went to the game."
