Fayetteville (N.C.) Jack Britt High School is home to future Appalachian State Mountaineer John Rizor, but it is also where one of the state's fastest rising prospects plays his varsity football. Over the last few months, Everett Proctor has seen major Division I-A schools begin to show heavy interest, but recently, the 6-foot-2, 195 pound quarterback told Mountaineer Illustrated that ASU has also come calling and has his attention.
