In the weeks leading up to his Michigan commitment, four-star wide receiver Bryce McNeal had some encouragement from Wichita Falls (Tex.) Rider quarterback Shavodrick Beaver who had committed to the Wolverines the month prior. With summer looming, Beaver continues to do work on the recruiting trail for Michigan.

Beaver and McNeal continue to stay in close contact as well and the four-star quarterback could not be more excited about having a player of McNeal's caliber to throw the football to.
