Gateway duo highly interested in WVU
A pair of standout rising seniors from Gateway High School in Monroeville, Pa., have West Virginia University high on the list of football programs of which they are interesting in joining. According to Gateway head football coach Terry Smith, both players have the potential to make whichever school they choose instantly better in 2009.
Wide receiver/cornerback Corey Brown and offensive tackle Colin Rodkey have both been impressed by the recruiting efforts of the WVU coaching staff, said Smith. Of particular interest to the Mountaineers is Brown, a dynamic athlete who has demonstrated equal ability on both sides of the ball.
