Another prospect from the Sunflower state is officially off the board. On Sunday afternoon, Riley Spencer, the 6-foot-6, 254-pound offensive tackle from Heston (KS) offered up a verbal commitment to Mark Magino and Kansas. Jayhawk Slant just spoke to Spencer and is here to provide with the details of KU's most recent commitment.

Prior to offering up a verbal commitment to Kansas, Spencer was receiving serious interest from Colorado State, Iowa State, Kansas State (offer), Miami and TCU (offer). However, there is no question that he was most familiar with KU's program.
