Former five-star OL sets sights on Auburn

AuburnSports.com Jermaine Johnson hopes the third time is the charm.
The 6-foot-6, 310-pounder signed with Auburn out St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. back in 2007, but failed to qualify.
He re-signed with the Tigers in February after spending the year at Hargrave Military Academy, a prep school in Chatham, Va. But Johnson again failed to gain admittance.
He'll get his third attempt to gain his NCAA academic eligibility this fall. Johnson will be doing so from his hometown where he'll be taking online courses as well as studying for the ACT/SAT.
