Ducks lead for Greene
Defensive line is one of the Oregon Ducks' main priorities this recruiting season. One of their top targets at defensive end is Kevin Greene, (6'4", 245, 4.4 hand-timed 40), a quick and athletic end out of the Bay Area's Sacred Heart Cathedral. Duck Sports Authority caught up with Greene recently to see how his recruitment was going and where the Ducks fit in for him.
Greene is an impressive young man. Like most people, Kevin's life experiences have played a prominent role in making him who he is. His relationship with his father has been particularly important. "I haven't watched that much Pac-10 football, but it is close to my family. My father has MS and is in a wheel chair. I always see him smiling. He brings energy to my whole family. It has taught me so much about adversity. I am not sure I would be the same person as I am if he didn't have that disease."
