McKees Rocks (Pa.) Sto Rox wide receiver Andrew Carswell will undoubtedly be rated as one of Pennsylvania's top prospects when the initial state rankings come out for the Class of 2010. The 6-foot-4, 200 pound receiver already has three offers, and two of them are from schools in the Old North State.
