UCLA zeroes in on Stanford
Well there is one more practice to go and then it is onto UCLA's homecoming game against an emerging Stanford football team. After practice UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel addressed the media and answered questions on Terrence Austin, the ever changing offenses in the Pac 10 and Stanford's power running game.
Neuheisel: "It was another good practice, just revving these guys up and making they understand there is still lots to play for and I think they are eager to play well especially in front of the home crowd on a homecoming Saturday.
"We need to because Stanford will be coming in here with some momentum. They have certainly improved and there is a lot of excitement in their program right now. It's important that we understand the task at hand ."
Did the team have to be reminded that there is still stuff to play for?
Neuheisel: "I don't if they did, but I reminded that they did if they needed it or not because it's important as we go along we take advantage of these opportunities to further our program and take it at least in the direction we want to go."
