Toma makes the call
Well it is mahalo time for the Bruins as the Aloha State has developed another player that has committed to UCLA. Fast rising wide receiver Roby Toma (5-10, 160, 4.42) from Honolulu (Hawai'i) Punahou has called UCLA as was reported to officially commit to the Bruins.
"I just called Coach Norm Chow and told him I wanted to be part of the Bruin family," Toma said. "We were both very excited."
"Coach Chow put linebacker coach Chuck Bullough on the phone and were all excited," Toma said. "We talked about where the program is and there is only one place to go and that's up."
"They told me that the Hawaiian Boys are going to help bring the program up," Toma said. "I feel great to be a Bruin."
