On Sunday afternoon, the University of Tulsa football program received a verbal commitment from three-star Tulsa (OK) Union athlete Anthony Foster, who joins teammate Brian DeShane in the Golden Hurricane's 2009 class. Foster chose TU over schools from the SEC, Big 12 and Pac 10 conferences.
