InsideTulsaSports.com was able to confirm Wednesday night that Oklahoma Gatorade Player of The Year Tim Flanders, a 5-foot-9 and 191-pound running back from Midwest City High School, has committed to the University of Tulsa. Flanders is rated by Rivals.com as the No. 50 athlete in the nation and a three-star prospect.
