Lynn's Decision a Splitting of the Red
JENKS, Okla. -- Through the years few rivalries have meant more to their collective fan bases than Oklahoma-Nebraska. Almost annually the games had not only Big Eight titles at stake but also national championship dreams. Now though one South Tulsa family will find themselves as members of both fanbases.
That's because on Thursday afternoon Rivals100 cornerback Gabe Lynn decided to cast his lot with the Sooners. The decision will place him in direct opposition on Nov. 7, 2009 with his brother Nebraska senior linebacker Phillip Dillard.
For their father, Tyrone Lynn there is only one amicable solution.
