Oregon WR had stellar senior season
Wide receiver Gianni Carter (6-2, 203, 4.5) from Eugene (Ore.) Marist went into the year as one of the top rated players in the Beaver State. He did not disappoint as he had an outstanding senior season.
"My senior season went real good," Carter said. "I led the state in receiving yards until the playoffs. We lost in the quarter finals, but I had over 1,000 yards and 20 touchdowns."
On the recruiting trail Carter is still is getting dome attention and his first offer could be around the corner.
"I haven't received any new offers recently, but Montana State said that an offer should come in soon," Carter said. "Southern Illinois, Richmond, Fordham, California, Washington and Holy Cross are still showing me interest."
