Justin Skillens, a 5-foot-8 and 175-pound speedster from Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a University of Tulsa commitment, made his official visit to the Tulsa campus this past weekend. Skillens told ITS about his visit and discussed what positions he will play for the Golden Hurricane next fall.
