Guy one of the top DT's in Texas
With Daniel Noble committing to Oklahoma and Taylor Bible and DeAires Cotton committing to Texas in the past week, three of the state of Texas' top junior defensive tackles are off the board. However, there are still some very good ones left.
Heading the list is Jay Guy of Aldine Eisenhower. The 6-foot-2, 300-pound Houston-area defender previously held offers from Texas A&M, Michigan, Stanford and Kansas State and has since added a few more.
"I've gotten a couple more offers since the last time we talked," said Guy. "Missouri and Cal were two of them. I think I have four new ones - Missouri, Cal, Army and Baylor.
"I'm interested in all of them. Well, I guess Army wouldn't really be for me. They said you have to do five years in the service after you get through with school."
