Raleigh (N.C.) Southeast linebacker Kendall Moore has held offers from all of the schools on Tobacco Road for a little while now. More recently his stock has started to rise to the point where he may soon be considered an elite prospect on the national stage.

The 6-foot-1, 225-pound junior is picking up new offers and showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.
