A&M commit still garnering interest
When Shreveport (LA) Evangel defensive tackle Brandon Jackson committed to Texas A&M last month, it caught many off guard. Though the 6-foot-4, 252-pound junior had recently had an enjoyable unofficial visit to Aggieland, interest in the big defender was seemingly just starting to pick up.
With spring ball now in full swing, college recruiters have been coming by in hordes to the traditional powerhouse program. They have taken notice of Jackson and he has picked up several new offers to go along with previous tenders from A&M, Arkansas and Louisiana Tech.
"Yes sir, I've picked up three new offers in the past week or two," Jackson said. "The University of Colorado, University of Tennessee and Tulane all offered."
With the newfound attention, the question naturally arises as to if Jackson is listening to other programs.
