Richardson adds fourth PAC 10 offer
With five players already committed, Oregon State continues to build momentum on the recruiting trail as they extend additional offers to some of the most talented players in the country. One player who has caught the coaches' attention is Los Alamitos, California cornerback Shaquille Richardson.
At 6 feet, 176 pounds Richardson entered the USC NIKE Camp with no offers, but left the camp as the defensive backs MVP. He earned a reputation as a complete lockdown corner and colleges started taking notice.
Utah was the first to jump in with an offer, but others have quickly followed suit, with the latest being Oregon State. Currently, Richardson confirmed eight offers with the PAC 10 programs of Oregon State, ASU, UCLA, and UW standing out.
"Recruiting is going well and it has slowed down a little right now," Richardson said. "I camped at UW, UCLA and USC and all of the campuses were pretty nice."
