When starting fullback James Aldridge went down with a shoulder injury last week, Robert Hughes' personal goals quickly went with them, at least for the next couple weeks. While head coach Charlie Weis and running backs coach Tony Alford approached Hughes about making an unwelcome shift to fullback, they weren't the best pitchmen for the move.
