Minnesota exceeds Cooper's expectations

Minnesota had four players from Dallas Skyline on campus this weekend for official visits. Safety Keanon Cooper maybe the headliner of the group with offers from several major BCS schools. Cooper returned to Texas with a very positive impression of the Gopher State.

Cooper had expected to enjoy his trip to Minnesota, but it actually exceeded his expectations.

Despite a loss to Ohio State, the Gophers and their defensive scheme impressed Cooper.

Cooper has always had a spot for Minnesota near the top of his list. The visit did not hurt the Gophers chances any.
