Cornerback/running back Quinn Evans (5-10, 175, 4.5) from Chandler (Ariz.) Basha has decided where he's going to continue his education and his athletic career.

"I'm going ahead and commit to Stanford," Evans said. "I felt comfortable there.

"I took my official visit to Stanford when they played Oregon and I took an unofficial visit there in August," Evans said. "The location of Stanford is perfect.

"The weather is always nice and it is close enough to home where my parents will get to see a lot of my games," Evans said. "Stanford is in the Pac 10 and we will be playing in Arizona once a year.
