Three star linebacker Liloa Nobriga (6'1 220) of Palo Verde (NV) has made his college choice as he has decided to head to the Big 12. Originally a Hawaii commit, Nobriga began to waver on his commit to the Warriors as of late and had to take some deep thought about where he wanted to be before he came to a final decision.
