There are so many things to love about the story of Salt Lake City (Utah) native Keni Kaufusi, a 6-foot-2, 283-pound defensive tackle prospect out of Cottonwood high school. On the gridiron, he's an absolute bull of a defender, able to hold his ground against anyone, and overpower most. Kaufusi made his final recruiting visit to Arkansas this past week, and made his final recruiting decision this afternoon.
