Texas Tech hit gold a few years ago in Corsicana, TX when they received a National Letter of Intent from Corsicana product Louis Vasquez. At the time, Vasquez was one of the most talented prospects to ink with the Red Raiders, and he has done nothing but exceed expectations since. The massive offensive lineman started as a true sophomore and looks to be All-Big 12 material as a junior.

Hines, who most people feel will be a four-star prospect, has said from the get-go that he liked Texas Tech, but recently has been reluctant to name favorites.
