Arndt favoring Texas schools early in process
As the Texas A&M coaching staff continues to search for a quarterback for their 2009 class, it seems they have already located one of their top targets at the position in 2010. That target comes in the form Cuero quarterback Tyler Arndt.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pound gunslinger already caught a lot of attention after a strong sophomore season. Now he is getting even more as he has been hitting the camp circuit this summer.
Arndt has a verbal scholarship offer from Texas A&M and is gaining heavy early interest from Texas, Texas Tech, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma and Notre Dame. Official scholarship offers for prospect in the class of 2010 cannot be handed out until Sept. 1, 2008.
