Lewis, a true freshman, rushed for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 31 carries in a 24-17 victory over Rutgers on Friday to earn Rivals.com National Freshman of the Week and Big East Player of the Week honors. Rutgers had allowed an average of 39.5 rushing yards in its previous four games.
Parker's defense held Wisconsin to its worst offensive day of the season, with only 230 total yards. The Hawkeyes held the Badgers to a season-low 87 rushing yards and intercepted Scott Tolzien a season-high three times.
