February 16, 2007 Columbia (SC) AC Flora offensive lineman Kenneth Page is high on the SCVarsity.com Class of 2008 list, and now he is apparently high on the list of recruiters as he gets a major offer from the SEC. "We received a faxed offer from the University of Tennessee yesterday," said Flora head Coach Robin Bacon. Coach Bacon also said that he has been fielding inquiries from Coach Huvesy at the University of Florida and that the Gators are expressing serious interest in his big lineman. Page recently received an offer from the University of Maryland. "He'll be going down to Georgia Tech's junior day in March and they have indicated that they intend to offer," said Bacon. Page is on the SCVarsity.com Top Ten prospect list for the Class of 2008. |
