True college football fans know there are star players who don't play in the BCS leagues. After all, some of the best players in the NFL ? among them Brett Favre, Randy Moss, LaDainian Tomlinson, Antonio Gates, Jason Taylor and Steve Smith ? are from non-BCS schools.

To that end, here are Rivals.com's all-conference teams for the non-BCS leagues. Among the players honored are the nation's leading rusher (UCF's Kevin Smith), the quarterback of the nation's No. 1 offense (Tulsa's Paul Smith), one of the best passing quarterbacks in NCAA history (Hawaii's Colt Brennan), another 2,000-yard rusher (Tulane's Matt Forte), maybe the best punter in the nation (Toledo's Brett Kern) and one of the nation's best all-purpose players (Air Force's Chad Hall).
