February 10, 2008 North Carolina sophomore guard Ty Lawson will not play this evening against Clemson due a sprained left ankle, an injury he suffered when he was pulled to the ground a week ago today early in the game at Florida State.Lawson was unable to play in Wednesday's loss to Duke. This will be the third full game this year he has missed because of injury. He also played a total of six minutes in two other games in which he became injured early in those contests [BYU and FSU]). Senior guard Quentin Thomas will make his third career start against the Tigers. Game time is set for 6:43 p.m. |
