Three-star WR likes the Bulldogs

Midfield, Ala., wide receiver Jamarious Crusoe made a name for himself on the combine circuit over the summer.

The six-foot, 181-pounder brought home the Most Valuable Wide Receiver award at the Atlanta Rivals Ultimate100, the same combine that Mississippi State commitment Malcolm Johnson earned the overall MVP award. Crusoe's standout performance earned him a three-star rating and looks from several top programs.

Rivals.com recruiting analyst Barton Simmons was onhand at the Atlanta combine and wrote:

"While Johnson took home the overall MVP award, Jamarious Crusoe walked away with the wide receiver MVP. Crousoe , from Midfield, Ala., highly deserved the award as he was clearly the most polished and explosive wide receiver in attendance.

"Crousoe ran his 40 in 4.49 seconds, had extremely natural hands and got in and out of his cuts with speed and fluidity. It was no surprise to find that Crousoe holds offers from Mississippi State and Troy. At that size, he even has the ability to line up at corner."

Crusoe grew up a fan of the Bulldogs, who remain one of his top schools.
