Northwest DE pulls the trigger

As letter of intent day approaches Oregon State looks to put the finishing touches on an already strong class. One player who has had the coaches attention since this past summer is Tacoma (Wash.) Foss defensive end Scott Crichton.

The standout defender drew early offers from the Beavers and Washington State and has recently received interest from Washington and Oregon. He was in Corvallis during Oregon State's big recruiting weekend on January 15 and had a great visit. It was enough for him to pull the trigger and commit to Oregon State coaches on Tuesday night.
