Chandler makes the move, again
Junior Nate Chandler has been at UCLA since the class of 2007. He came in as a tight end, but kept growing and since there was a need at offensive tackle, Chandler made the switch. Then when things were shored back up at tackle, he moved back to tight end, but had another spurt and the Bruins had another need, so once again the very versatile Chandler made another position change.
"I've played three positions is three years," Chandler said. "I have played tight end, tackle and now I'm playing defensive tackle.
The obvious question is does Chandler like playing defensive tackle?
"I like it a lot," Chandler said. "I feel like I'm working at it and still have some things to work on, but as far as coming off the ball, I just try to give 100 percent and try to go all out on every play and then technique will fall in during individuals (drills) and film study."
