McLemore set to graduate this week

The odds were firmly stacked against Ben McLemore, or so it seemed. When Eskridge High School in Weston, Mo., closed its doors following McLemore's junior year, he made the move to Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Va., which would provide the No. 34 ranked player in the 2011 class, a challenge on the court and, more importantly, in the classroom. While he excelled on and off the court, McLemore was forced to leave Oak Hill Academy a little more than halfway through the year. Despite another setback, the four-star shooting guard enrolled at Christian Life Center in Humble, Texas, and finished the semester with the type of academic standing that few, if any, expected.
