Draper talks about his decision

As Sean Draper looked over his three finalists, everything was pretty much even he said, but two things stood out about the Iowa Hawkeyes. That was the stability in their program and the relationship he had developed with defensive backs coach Phil Parker. So the three-star cornerback made the call today to give his verbal commitment and will sign with the Hawkeyes tomorrow. Draper talks about his decision and much more.

Q: How did you arrive at your decision over the last couple of days?

DRAPER: Everything was pretty much even, but I chose Iowa because of the stability of the program and my connection with the coaches. Coach Phi Parker, he's one of those guys that's never satisfied and always thinks you can do more and I like that type of coaching. Also, they have a hospital right next to the stadium, which can help me with my major.

Q: What is that you are interested in studying?

DRAPER: Either sports medicine or family medicine.
