Dillon adjusting to speed

KJ Dillon got his first crack with the first team defense at practice Monday due to an injury that sidelined incumbent Darwin Cook and for the true freshman safety the speed of the game was the one thing that stood out above all others.

Defending the Mountaineers offense is difficult enough for any defender, but especially those unfamiliar with the tempo and speed of the play calling. During some plays as soon as the play ends, the offense is set and ready to go onto the next.
