Levi Paulsen excited about future
On Sunday, twins Levi Paulsen and Landan Paulsen made public what they had decided a few weeks ago, that they would be playing college football for the Iowa Hawkeyes. At Iowa, Levi feels like they found the perfect fit and says the two could not be more excited about the future. We caught up the 6-foot-6, 275-pounder to talk about their commitment and much more.
Q: What kind of led up to your choice and just deciding to commit right now?
LEVI PAULSEN: Well, I think the overall choice was just that we've been to a lot of places like Minnesota, Nebraska, and Iowa State, and not putting them down because they're all good places, but Iowa just really stood out from everybody else. Just the coaches, the atmosphere, and when you put it all together, they've got the majors that we wanted, so it just really stood out. Then you've got there Ferentzes, Brian Ferentz and Kirk Ferentz, and Coach Morgan, Coach Doyle, and all of the other coaches, they're all just genuine guys and I think we can really relate to who they are as people and their outlook on football.
