Cavs, Hokies battling for LB Fells-Danzer

Culpeper, Va., inside linebacker Terence Fells-Danzer is a player who is being targeted by both Virginia and Virignia Tech.

Fells-Danzer, who has offers from both programs, visited each school for their spring games over the past two weekends.

We caught up with the Culpeper star to hear his thoughts on each program and if either has the inside track for his pledge.

"It is pretty even between the two schools at this point. I could see myself at either from a football standpoint," said Fells-Danzer.

Fells-Danzer visited both Virginia and Virignia Tech for their spring games. While on both visits he watched the defenses and talked with the coaches about they would use him.

Virignia coaches visited Culpeper on Monday to check in on Fells-Danzer.

"The Virginia coaches came out in force. Coach London, Coach Diaco, Coach (Levern) Belin and Coach (Anthony) Poindexter made the trip. It was great seeing them there and I know that I am an important recruit for Virginia. Virginia Tech will be in here (today) and Duke will be in on Thursday."

Although Virignia and Virginia Tech seem to be the frontrunners, Fells-Danzer is not limiting his options.
