Martell Webb to Michigan

Michigan's been at the top of Martell Webb's list since he received an offer at Junior Day in January - probably even before that, he admitted - and now Webb's a Wolverine. The 6-5, 210-pound receiver from Pontiac (Mich.) Northern, a multi-skilled athlete who projects as a potential tight end at the next level, offered his commitment to U-M this morning, calling Lloyd Carr with the good news.

Once he got their okay, said Webb, there was no sense dragging it out. He told TheWolverine.com on April 30th he was ready to decide between Michigan and Michigan State, and made his decision a few days ago.
