Taliaferro is tough on opposing quarterbacks

Gloucester (Va.) outside linebacker/defensive end Aaron Taliaferro (6-foot-2, 215 pounds, 4.65 seconds) is one of the top defensive players in the state of Virginia. Virginia has been searching for a pass rushing outside linebacker since Darryl Blackstock was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals last April. Taliaferro certainly fits the description. The quick burst off the edge sent Taliaferro into the backfield and led to his 19 sacks last season.

"I feel that my strength is getting in the backfield and making things breakdown. I am moving to outside linebacker this upcoming season from defensive end. I am looking forward to it because that is where I will likely play in college," said Taliaferro.

Last season, Taliaferro racked up 62 tackles, four forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, a blocked field goal and 19 sacks.
